    Default Dimensions come in exploded

I have a drawing that explodes my dimensions upon insertion. I have had previously dimensioned the drawing with no problems last week. Opened it today tried the aligned dimension and they come in exploded. Any ideas?? It is in ADT 3.3 AutoCAD 2002 My dim style is set to the same that it was before.

Nope. Could be a lisp that isn't resetting it, or is quitting in the middle. Sometimes I have gotten drawings from customers that ~gasp~ intentionally turn it off. Maybe it got changed in your template file? There could so many different ways it could have gotten turned off. If it keeps getting turned off you might want to research it, but if not, I wouldn't worry about it.
