Opaque Section Heads

I would like to make the area bounded by a round section head opaque so that plan line work passing through the section head is not visible but such that the section and sheet numbers are visible.

I tried using an opaque white fill-region but when I load the section head family into my project, the entire area bounded by the round section head is blue.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can accomplish what I describe above?

Part way there...If you open the section head family rfa
select the text (label), and in the label properties you can set that to opaque.
