Change list of cities in place list

I want to add a city to the list of places for Manage Place and Locations dialog.

Anyone know how to do this? I would have thought i'd find an INI file or something i could edit somewhere, but no luck yet. Maybe this is a wish?

tried it, it didn't work for me, but i did find the text file finally - C:\Program Files\Autodesk Revit Building 8\Program\Ar3Redist\UnicodeENU\ar_city.uni.

it can be opened in notepad and edited.
