    Default Move views between sheets.

Ok maybe everyone knew this, but I just found out(a new user, just tried it and it worked) If you want to move a view from one sheet to another, you just open the new sheet and from the project browser drag the view title under the sheet it is currently on to your new sheet. I've always deleted it from the sheet, then replaced it.

Just goes to show you allways learn something new.

Factory was it always this way?

It has been this way for quite some time.

There is also another way. Without opening any sheets just expand sheets branch of the browser. Then drag a view from under one sheet-node and drop it on top of another . Revit will open the target sheet and will let you locate your view on this sheet.

BTW. When placing views on sheets you don't need to open a sheet first. Just drag a view from Plans/RPC/Elevations/etc. section of a browser onto a browser sheet-node. It works for schedules as well.
