Printing Hp Laserjet 5000- Customer Logo not printing solid

I am having a problem with our Hp Laserjet 5000. I am trying to print drawings but the Customer Logo isn't printing solid. I noticed that the logo isn't a solid hatch but used to print solid. There was only one person that could print and he started messing with some things and now his is broken too.

maybe check the variable..

textfill - is it set to 1 ?

Yeah it was set to 1 so I set it to 0 just to see and it didn't work.

Does it Plot ok! on other output devices using the same Plot Style Table?

It's not the fill mode either. I'm about to start pulling my hair out on this one. No one here can do anything to make it work. Some one suggested it may be something with the drivers- - Could this be true?
We only have one printer as of now. I hear they are going to get a couple more but I've only been working here for 3 weeks so I'm not sure if that was an empty promise or not.

Can you post a copy of the file? I have a Laserjet 5000 and would be happy to take a look at it. Also what version of AutoCAD are you using?

I believe I attached it the right way. I'm using Auto CAD 2004. It's the Trop. Logo that isn't filling in correctly.

The logo in question WAS a hatch pattern of lines at a very small scale. When I open it up however it is now a block and not a hatch at all. It does print correctly on my Laserjet 5000 so I am not at all sure why yours will not print it. You might want to try deleting the block and rehatching it with a solid filled hatch.

My Bad, I buried through the nested block and got down to the hatch ... it is an ANSI31 hatch pattern and should plot. Once question, does the CPL logo plot filled? It is a solid pattern.

I edited the block to have a solid hatch. Try plotting this one and let me know how it works ....
