How do you get AutoCAD 2006 to retain a toolbar location?

How do you get AutoCAD 2006 to retain a toolbar location?
I have tried to change the position and order of the toolbars under the menu bar but every time I close AutoCAD and reopen the toolbars assume the default order.

Any help will be appreciated.
