Is anybody else having the same problem I am? Whenever I try and create an MSI using the Deployment Wizard, everything appears to work fine until I test it on another machine. Then all of the tool pallets lose their organization and if I try and add anything to the install, those things that I add do not work either.

Is there a white paper or instructions/requirements on installing using an MSI someplace?
