Default Crash while Printing EVERY TIME!

Has anyone ever encountered this (see image attached)? Everytime I try to print exterior elevations, I get this error and the Revit crashes. At first I thought it was a Linework tool issue, it's not. Just started yesterday.

Try fiddling with your open GL and overlay planes settings or update your display driver.

Also, do you have the latest build? It might also help if you supply some details regarding plotter model, etc.

we have certain views that do this and there is no fix i know of. I have to print to pdf. First try turning off your hardware acceleration and open gl and overlays. If that doesn't do it. you have to print to pdf. Please send it in, this has been a problem for me for years. It only rears its ugly head occassionally. We've narrowed it down to dwg imports in some cases, but we can't get rid of those.

In some cases dwgs that were visible were actual plan views but visible in the elevation as a "line". Turning them off made a difference on a couple occasions that I can recall.

The fix is to send the file to revitsupport@autodesk.com.

Turned off all dwg in the views, turned off open GL and overlay, and it still crashed...

cstarr, please do as Fedor suggests, your head won't hurt from banging it on the wall so much. Also, whenever I send in a file, I always call tech support first, and get the ball rolling.

Otherwise, printing to PDF is an option like Scott says...

I did send my files to revit the case number is 1-109037120. If you want to check into, the status is still OPEN. We had narrowed it down to one dwg, but it happens on other views that have no dwgs turned on, so it maybe just having a bad dwg in the project causes problems.
