Import Express Tools in AutoCAD 2002

We just hired a new project manager and he uses the Express Tools in ACAD 2000. Is there any way we can import them into ACAD 2002? I copied the folder and put it into the search path and loaded the Express Tools Menu. It appears, but the commands are not recognized. EXPRESSTOOLS command did nothing. Any ideas?
