    Exclamation Lineweights plotting light

    Ok so I am at a loss.
    When I plot this one drawing it plots incorrectly by plotting too light. So I have created a new ctb and pushed up the weights and that did not help. It plotted exactly the same. Is there a setting in the drawing that I need to disable or enable that make the dwg plot by the ctb?

    what version are you running?

    w/ 2005...under plot options (to the right of the plot dialog box) there is a check box for plot with plot styles.....you might have the "plot object linewieghts" checked???

    Talking Re: Lineweights plotting light

    sorry you were right i took a closer look
    and that was exactly it
    i unchecked"plot with plot styles" unchecked the "plot object lineweights"
    and then re checked "plot with plot styles"
    and it worked but now the "plot object lineweights" is checked and grayed out

    so anyways thanks for keeping me from going bald

    Chris,

    This issue is being addressed in your post in the AutoCAD LT Forum. If you would like, I can move the thread to the plotting forum, but I ask that you please refrain from posting the same question in more than one place.

    Below comes from the AUGI Forum Guidelines - Forum Don'ts -

    <snip>
    Do not post the same question to more than one Forum at a time. The term for this is "Cross-Forum Posting" which can be quite confusing and will complicate the Forum process. All but one of the posts will be deleted by the moderators.
    </snip>

    Thanks for your understanding,
