Default Revit setup for multiuser projects

I there anything other than libraries and drawing files that need to reside on the server
in a networked setup? anything tricky about setting this up?

We typically located all Libraries on the server and the central file should be located on the server.

This means everything is easier to setup as there is only one location for the library that everyone has access to. I wouldn't say there is anything tricky about it. Just make sure you revit settings refer to the appropriate library and template directories on the server.

I hope you're just overlooking the obvious: the central file!
