Exclamation Bug: lookup pulldown disabled by drafting pref.

I'd appreciate any confirm/deny on this:

Under Tools > Options > User Preferences, I uncheck "shortcut menus in drawing area" (I'm still a rt-click-is-enter guy). But then my lookup pull-down no longer appears (the blue down-arrow is still there, but when I click on it, the menu doesn't appear). The arrow turns red, and AutoCAD behaves like it's waiting for my input (I have to Esc to do something else).

This doesn't make any sense, since it's the left mouse button that's used for the pull-down, and the "shortcut menus in drawing area" checkbox should only affect the right mouse button (although I suppose the argument could be made that the pull down is a "shortcut menu").

I can still select one of the lookups by using the Properties dialog, but I don't usually have it open.

    2006 SP1 anybody?

    Have you tried
    Shortcut in drawing menus: Checked
    Then select Right Click Customization
Turn on Time sensitive right click customization.

    Edit Mode: Shortcut Menu

Then you should still get your Right Click for enter and your Lookup tables.
