Wink my kitchen in 3D. what do you think?

    Hi, I'm Bob,
I drew this in AutoCAD2002 and also used AutoCAD to render it.
this was done with eight Ceiling lights, eight under counter lights, four above the wall cabinet lights and four lights in the cabinets behind the glass.
    fun!!

    looks cool!
Did you do all of the cabinets and trim by hand, or were you able to use existing blocks for any of it?

Are you sure this isn't a tutorial example? It's a good job.

I like how the light plays of the surfaces. I also like the reflections in the oven door and the glass in the cabinets.

Look great, I didn't know you could get a render like that straight out of AutoCAD. One thing, the pantry door would look nicer if it was a taller door to better match the height of the other cabinets or maybe some extra detail moulding over the door would do the trick.

    Just my thoughts, great job!

    thanks Melanie,
I am building my house soon and I drew the whole house in 3d. yes I did draw everything by hand. I work at Crystal Cabinets so this is my own design. I will have more photos coming.
    thanks for the reply.

Awesome! Not only is the model neat, but, I really like the setup of the kitchen... everything nice and easily accessible... so, is the sink there on the left of that island, lowered from the stools' serving area?

    Thanks Mike,

    cool!
yes the sink is on the left with a dishwasher and the cooktop is on the right with large pullouts for pots and pans. I do the cooking in the house so I wanted everything close by.
