    Default Losing Licenses

Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem with their licenses.

    1. We can't seem to do Web activations anymore. We get an error message "Error 20 Invalid information supplied" whenever we try to. Not too much of a drama as we just E-mail activate anyway.

    2. Every few weeks random machines seem to lose their license and we get a message locking us out of Revit and requiring re-activation. (hence point 1)

Its kind of getting a bit annoying and to date have't ad much of an answer from tech support on this yet. Was wondering if any one else had been having this problem. I have a sneaking suspicion tat the firewall / spyware or Antivirus migt be picking up C-Dilla and deleting it or blocking access for it somehow.

Anyway its kinda getting a bit anoying and am kinda wondering if i will be getting contacted by Autodesk soon for continually reactivating the same licenses. Only reason i am getting a bit worried is now i have about 20 licenses or so running i have hit a number of times when i ave had unusable licenses ( and timezone wise it takes a good few hours to get an activation code back from AutoDesk) Downtime isn;t good.

Yeah we run Nortons AV, have service pack 2 on and also run Adaware on pretty well all machines. Might check into the virus thing though, that could be something, some of these guys are notorius for accidently managing to somehow turn off some of the software though. Might make sure all these are on and working properly next time i notice it.
