Printing with Revit PDF Writer 4.2

I have my first project close to complete and printed out a set. The problem I noticed after the fact is that the sheets printed smaller than it was supposed to. I am using a 24x36 titleblock but it scales down to have offsets. This is what I have been doing: Print-Setup-Paper- Arch D 24"x36".I have tried using center on paper placement as well as offset from corner. I also am sending the files to a print service using Oce and ghost script but I do not think that is the problem. I am at a loss. I even got a titleblock from someone else, but that did not work as well. I need some guidance.....I have attached the pdf.file to show what is doing. The paper shows to be 24x36 but I made the titleblock 24x36 and you can see that it scaled the dwg. down.

Dumb question, but did you click on "fit to page" or "zoom 100%"?

When printing to pdf, in the Revit print setup dialog, is your zoom set to 100%? If its set to "fit to paper", you'll get the reduction in size.

All this time and all I had to do was put it at 100%. Thanks, I feel so much better.
