I don't know if this was already suggested. How about having that ability to match properties of styles. Example: Pick a 2 x 4 wall style and match to a 2 x 6 wall. So that the 2 x 6 wall style become a 2 x 4 wall style.
Thank you,
Brad

Yes, please. You're not alone.http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=11592
Not quite the single button click for which you are looking, but until "AecMatchProp" becomes a command, you can always create a tool on an editable Tool palette referencing the desired style, then right click the tool and use the Apply Tool Properties To option available for style-based tools.
I think we've been asking for this one since the "Match Properties" tool came out in
AutoCAD. It's so simple and makes so much sense. Match one style to another,
how difficult is that? Like David mentioned said I guess right-clicking on a style
component from the palette and going to "Apply" will have to do.
I have not had time to try this, but I got it from one of the discussion groups.
Just did a simple test with it on wall styles and it worked fine. It gave me the following message: -
** Width does not apply to this wall style. **
Both wall styles I was using had a single component with fixed widths.
I'll keep trying it for a while and get back if I have any problems.
