    Default Octagon Window Size Parameter

I have made a nice 2' octagonal window family (the octagonal window from the Revit Autodesk site is a hex after all) with grids that I can turn on and off. I would like parameters to make its size adjustable (say 1' or 3' or whatever) but after many many hours I just can't seem to make it work. Could this be a rare instance outside the capabilities of Revit or is it my abilities in question?

Here's a parametric octagonal opening, that might give you a starting point.

Impressive zenomail.I like what you did with the family.Just a couple of suggestions though make the glass thinner and make it fit the in the mullions and lock it to them.If you want to change the material parameters in the family select the object(like a mullion) go to it's properties and where you would give it a material select the little grey box next to it and make it into a parameter.
