    Default Insert OLE

by inserting an ole-file (object linked an embedded ) e.g. a *.bmp or a *.jpeg file, sometimes the right figure is shown, sometimes not.
If yes , in the list there is mentioned: "source application : bitmap"
if no, in the list there is mentioned: "source application : pakket"
how comes and what are the right setting ??

    Hi

Please note I have *moved* this thread from the AutoCAD Customization Forum to this one as I feel this particular Forum is a more appropriate place for such a topic.

    Thanks, Mike

    Hi

Can you please expand on "sometimes the right figure is shown".

Have I got the following correct...

You OLE .bmp files into AutoCAD, sometimes you see -

If yes , in the list there is mentioned: "source application : bitmap"

    Other times you see -

If no, in the list there is mentioned: "source application : pakket"

The above will occur when using the same file format (ie .bmp) as an OLE?

    Have a good one, Mike
