LT 2006 save as DXF

hi all,
maybe someone can help me, when i save a dwg with my LT 2006 in DXF format (try all 3 format 2004, 2000 r12) often LT give me this error

someone know what that means? and how i can resolve?

Try to fix the DWG file you are in, and also make sure you bind all Xrefs.
AUDIT, RECOVER, WBLOCK are all commands that can fix a file.
