Question Plot White Text on a Black background

I have a logo that I'm trying to make up, and it's white text on black background (plus a shape around it)

Does anyone know of a way to set it up so it prints white on black, or am I stuck with trying to trace around it?

Only thing I found with a search was textfill, but this will then remove fills from all text rather than just the logo portion.

    Hi

Check out the following Technical Document on the Autodesk web site under the Knowledge Base section -

ID: TS71835 - Plot white lines on dark background

    Have a good one, Mike

Our company logo is also white text on a coloured background. What I did was use Express Tools to explode a bold outline font and then hatch around the letter outlines with solid hatching.

The letters appear white (well actually clear - it's the paper thats white)

Thanks guys, unfortunately I can't seem to set the screening up so that the solid hatch gets blanked under the font I want to use (it will work for a different font) so I guess it's exploding and hatching.

    Hi

Can you please post an example drawing file, plus the Plot Style Table you are using.

Why? - With the simple testing I carried out here, I was able to achieve the results I believe you are after.

    Have a good one, Mike

I already did the hatched version, I think the problem was that originally I was using Romant. I believe it was the difference between using a ttf and an shx.
