I am wondering how rasters get reprojected. I will trace the outline and any grid lines on a scanned map before doing a Map query. The re-projected vectors and rasters will line up at the lower left but get progressively farther apart to the right. I am thinking the lines are correct and the raster is not quite correct. Is this assumption right and is there a fix?

Using 2005 and usually re-projecting from Lat Longs to UTM.
