The Architectural Desktop version has a plug in called "Napkin Sketch". I use it frequently to make the drawings look like sketches for presentation. I am not sure how or where to obtain this plugin outside of the ADT upgrade but something tells me if you look around you might be able to find it through AutoDesk. I will check my program to see if I can locate a brand.

Use M-Color......it has many effects that can give you that look plus it does other things for making great looking presentation drawings. It will apply the effect to objects based on what layer they're on in Autocad and it even works on text so it doesn't matter what font you have. Hope that helps you out, good luck.
