    Cool Transfer Xref List

Is there a way, possibly with design center, to transfer my Xref list from one dwg to another? So that both dwg's would be xref the same drawings.

Have you tried to copy and paste the xrefs from the first drawing to the second?

Yes. Using design center and selected my xref (only one because it doesn't allow multiple selection). I right clicked and selected the copy command. When I access my second drawing in design center and go to xref, upon right clicking there is no paste command.

You have to right click in the original dwg and select attach xref for each xref in that dwg. It attaches through the normal procedures, but it's better than having to look through a folder for the all xref's you want to attach.

What I was trying to say was to open the first drawing; copy the xref(s) to the clipboard; open the second drawing; then paste to original coordinates form the clipboard.

The copied xref will now contain the original location from the first drawing.
