doorswing...wont flex

Im buliding a wheelchair lift with gates on the entrance and exit. This lift comes in 4 different sizes, which i made family types for. The problem is with doorswing linework for plan views. one of the doorswings will not flex to match the size of the door, no matter how much i try to lock it to surrounding geometry and ref planes. I have no idea why this happened. is there some "secret" to locking linework? plz help.

Firstly are you using model lines or symbolic.Try to use symbolic the most for the sre view specific.Also if you can post the family for us to look at we can tell you what went wrong or what needs to be done to fix it.Otherwise welcome to Augi and I hope you get lots of info here to speed you along.

Hi there Jordan.Had look at the file and what I would suggest is too try and create a parameter that adjusts to the openings for your doors and use that parameter to make the plan symbols stretch so that they are parametric.
