I'm working on a house remodel, and I'm using "Existing" and "New Construction phases". When I go to render the project, the "Existing" just shows up as a grey color. How do I go about getting it to render as if it was all new?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

You need to adjust your phase filter, so that existing is dispalyed "by category" and other phases are not displayed.

If that causes problems with other views of the existing, it may be best to make a new phase filter , called say "presentation" for that view.

There is a filter called "Show Complete". It shows existing and new construction, but demolition is not displayed. That usually works for me.
