I am evaluating Revit Structural for our company. Everything looks good, but most of our projects have steel joist for the roof structure not beams. Am I missing it or does structural Revit have steel joist?

It does, and if you insert them in section, you can draw the joists on an angle. I don't have RS installed on this computer at present, but have a look for K-Series joist families...

Kyle,
If you look in the Revit structural framing library you will see several familes of bar joists that you can load into your project. These will give you the basics.
If you need a bar joist where the top chord is sloping you will need to create your own family, using the family editor. That is a more advanced Revit topic, so you may have to hone your skills a little before you are ready to tackle that one, but once you get the hang of it that is also doeable.
Let me know if that works for you...
