Default AutoCad Properties Page on not Autocad Computer

When exploring files, can a computer that dose not have AutoCAD on it, be set up to display the Autocad Properties page. We put data in the Drawing Properties that we would like everyone to be able to see.

you are talking about the properties you see when you right-click an acad file in windows explorer?
that's an interesting question that I'm not sure of offhand, my instinct would say, yes, but, I'd really have to verify.
