Creating file form one tab/sheet

Me and my co-workers where wondering if there is a way to take a drawing file that has more than one tab on it and take it and make an individual drawing out of 1 of the tabs. We are trying to find an easy way to send individual drawings via e-mail without including all of the sheets/tabs in the drawing set. Thanks
