pdf Plot Preview images blank

We are running ADT 2004, and are having difficulty with creating .pdf files from our "sheets". Other AutoCAD files not created with ADT work perfectly. Some sheets will show pieces of the drawing, or some schedules, but not all of a drawing, or not all of the schedules that are on a sheet. Any ideas?

We occassionally have this problem, random view ports displaying, but no plotting. Are you using profiles? (ARG files). If so you obviously need separate ones for ADT and autocad. Reload the ADT profile or import one from another machine.

I reloaded the ADT profile, but nothing different happened? Other ideas?

I checked the set up with our normal plotter as the print devise, and I am getting the same result as with the .pdf set up. Must be something basic?

One basic thing to check is to make sure xrefed files were not brought in while on a no-plot layer. it will show correctly but will not print.

Checked the "no plot" layers, and everything is ok. ?????? This getting embarrassing.

If you do a etransmit & post the zip file I could look at the file here at work & see if I have trouble printing to PDF or not. Have you tried re-installing your PDF creation program?

Thanks for taking a look. I'm not getting any image in the preview whether in .pdf, or dwg. Other files not created in the 3 part system work fine.

Ok, here's my 2 cents (the is it plugged in question)

Are you plotting to a window that isn't over any part of the plan? are you plotting to extents? (I'd try that) Have you played with the cut plane at all? I just guessing, but I'm sure that you've already tried that.

OK wow you have stumped me. As far as i got was to get the foundation plan and title block to show in the plot preview window. I am not even sure how i got the foundation plan to show. When i did an audit on the drawing it came back with a bunch of errors.
Have you rebuilt the sheet starting from scratch? I am not putting this into our project navigator so when i go to xref in components into fresh template i am getting errors.
Ok audit your drawing twice and you should get 4 unfixed errors. Then purge all do a print preview and see if that does it. I also turned on all layers and reset everything to plot.I am seeing all of the drawing in plot preview now.
