Our plotter on three of the four workstations seems to add between 1" and 1.5" to our 24"x36" sheets. we set the margins to 0 so we should have full 24X36 worth of plot space. anyone have this situation?

have you gone into your pc3 file and used "modify standard paper sizes"? Is this where you set all your borders to 0? Are you plotting from paperspace or modelspace? Do you have the most updated driver for your plotter?

i always think that borders of print area of the paper can't be 0. coses printer can't print right on borders of the paper. it is phisicaly imposible. print head can damage. that why when we print with settings 0 we have empty lines around of the paper (1 or 3mm...). printer automaticaly blocked this process.
but if you use professional plotter A0 this problem not actualy.
