Hello,
I was wanting to generate an STL file but the rapid prototyping company I was talking to said the Revit generated dwg I sent them wouldn't work.
Has anyone managed to do a STL conversion? If yes, how did you do it?
TIA,
Guy

It's easy to convert your Revit file for 3D printing. You output to DWG polymesh. Then bring it into Autocad and save as a vrml. You need the vrml pluggin from www.xanadu.cz to save the vrml file. Then send it to a guy like me! Or if you want me to do it we do it as a service. Here are some samples.
Thanks,
Chris
