Shared Parameter in Project

Hi,
I don't know if I am doing right or wrong.
I created a new title block with a shared parameter.
When I load this title block into the project file, I also need to load shared parameter form settings/parameters/shared parameters to add parameters and check the project information category.
Am I doing right? Please let me know the right way if I was wrong.
