Configuring tablet menus

I would like to import some customization for tablet menu area #1 in Autocad 2006.

The previous version I had (2002) used configuation files such as acad.mnu that lets you cut-and paste blocks from other menu files. Version 2006 uses ".cui" files that should not be edited with a text editor. At this time I would have to re-write all of my previous commands etc. one at a time into the ".cui" file. This is quite a pain.
Any help appreciated.

Try this. Open the acad.mnu file that contains the tablet menus. This should create a CUI version of the file. They you can use the CUI editor to transfer the tablet menus to your new acad CUI.
