    Question Replacing Blocks

One of my Managers informs me that at his last place of business, he was able to use a command called "search and replace" that would swap blocks within a drawing. He was using R14 with Softdesk. I am not familiar with this command.
If anyone can shed some light I would be grateful.

    thanx

Try the Express tool "BLOCKREPLACE" or if you have Land Desktop use the "REPLACE BLOCKS" command in the utility pull-down menu.

    Hope this helps.

there used to be a nice lisp called Rblock.

it would let you select and replace blocks.

it didnt use a pulldown though, you simply selected the source block, then applied it to the blocks you wanted to change, exactly like match properties
