All of a sudden each time I open a file in ACAD or MDT 2006, I get a prompt to enter the name of a customization file. All of my toolbars are just as I have set them.

It's possibly a startup LISP that needs fixing up to work properly with the new 2006 menu system. I had the same problem here with my own code until I mended it.
