Default Property Lines by table won't rotate

Ok so i have the rotate project north/true north thing under control - except....
i've done first site as a table - from the survey drawing and it worked well.

now though when i want to rotate project north so the dominant angle of the site fits right on the sheets --- the property lines DON'T rotate - so all the object lines etc i have added do - but not the prop. lines!!

can someone explain this to me - or should i just avoid using property lines by table?

Is the Orientation of your site plan set to Project North or True North?
