    Angry Phantom plot settings

I am using LDD 2004 and recently opened an old project to make some revisions. Upon doing so, every time I go into the plot routine, I am bombarded with errors about Plotter settings AND network drive settings which have not existed for years. Checking all settings in my Options reveals no problems. But when I try to plot, it is ignoring Default plotter and plot styles. What is worse, It will not even let me select the correct one's.

Any clues or similar behavior from anyone PLEASE!!!

    Hi

Please note I have *moved* this thread from the AutoCAD Customization forum to this one as I believe it would be better served here.

    Thanks, Mike

    Hi

The drawing file(s) is trying to use the last successful Plot settings used for that drawing (Standard AutoCAD behaviour), hence the Error messages.

What happens if you Import a "new" Page Setup from a current drawing file?

Does LDT come with the Publish command? If yes, take a look at this command.

    Have a good one, Mike

This behavior can also come up when you have your Options set to default to a specific plotter and plot style. If that plotter is not found, you will get these types of errors as well. We changed all of our settings to last successful plotter to make sure that our clients could open the drawings without any problems.
