2D/Autolisp AutoCad Questions for Interview

Hi Guys,

I am interviewing someone for a Draftsman position. I would be interested in hearing any good/trick questions to ask a canidate.

I have a couple general ones that I typically use, but I am looking for some more specific ones to ask someone with allot of experience (more than mine) in this case. Mainly on 2D and Autolisp/Customization.

if you don't find enough useful information within this forum, you might also want to search the autodesk cad manager's forum, as i've seen this come up over there quite a bit as well.
