Has anyone created a precast concrete stair that is used in conjunction with a raised access floor ?
The stair I am looking at creating will sit at first floor level on a structural concrete slab which is approx. 250mm lower than the finished floor level.

Would the precast stair rest on a 250mm concrete curb? If so, that would be pretty simple to solve. Create a floor that includes the access flooring and a membrane/air layer to the desired height. Then create a floor type for curbs that is the height difference you need (i.e. 250mm), create small floor segments at the base of each stair.
