Set up Laser Jet printer for AutoCAD 2000

Hello again,
I am wanting to print an 8-1/2" x 11" page of part of a drawing, but I'm having troubles getting our HP Color Laser Jet 2840 PCL 6 on the list as one of the printers/plotters. Sorry, I don't have any more info. on the situation. Things that should be really easy on just not working this week.

Have you set-up this output device in AutoCAD ( PC3 file ) either via a Windows System Driver or a Heidi Driver.

OR

Are you Plotting directly to a Windows System Printer.
