Set justification of MText

when we start the mtext editor the text justify is set to top left
is there a way to set the default to middle center ?

There isn't a way to set it permanent that I know of but once you start the MTEXT command your given the following choices;

Specify first corner:
Specify opposite corner or [Height/Justify/Line spacing/Rotation/Style/Width]:

You can then change the justification here or after you've typed everything you want to use the TJUST Express tools command to modify text justification without changing it's position.
