Sliding Barn Door

Has anyone developed a sliding barn door that is hung from a track mounted on the exterior side of wall that they would be willing to share? I am pinched for time (so what else is new!) and I'm not sure how I would go about creating this.

Here's one I did a few years ago. Note the door position parameter. 0=closed, 3'=open 3 feet.
