Any tutorial for new CUI?

Are there any tutorials on how to implement this new customization interface?
If I knew how to do the following simple things, I would be happy:
1) Use the file, insert, view menus from the acad group
2) Use the format menu from the ABS group
3) Arrange the order of the menus to my liking.

Any help or information leading to help would be great!!
