Default How to get white text on dark/colored models

Don't know if this tip has been shared yet, but it's a handy one.

When you put text notes over the top of a Shaded with Edges view, and set the color to white, the color flips back to black automatically for some reason, thus making your text not white. Don't know if it's a bug or just the way text is for Shaded views, but when Revit tries to keep the Text legible by flipping the color it can be an issue.

However, if you pick just a shade off-white, like a touch gray, Revit won't touch your text anymore, for it doesn't think it's white or black. And therefore, you can get white notes over the top of a dark background, and have them print correctly and everything.
