Exporting Attibute geometry problem

Hi, I'm sorry if my question is silly.
A little introduccion,
I'm importing a DWG to a GIS program. Everything it is okay except that blocks and attribute are not exported, just only the position of the block.
In order to solve that I extracted the attribute information using the Extract command.
Due to the fact that I known where the block is positioned and what was the information include on the attribute I tried to import on the GIS program. The problem is that I found different BLOCKS with the same Position X and Position Y (Geometry Tab), but this blocks are really drawn in near but not the same position. I suppose that is a matter related with the precision of the geametry (X,Y) of the blocks, But I don´t know how to solve.

If anyone has an idea ,I really appreciate it.

Can you Export ( via EAttExt ) using Block Name(s) to achieve the results you require ?
