Profile wall not attaching to roof

I have created a profile for a 230mm thick wall which sets back by 60mm at a certain height.
Why can't I attach this profile wall to the roof. I'm sure there's a pretty simple answer. Can someone enlighten me please?

Make sure the wall is completely below the roof.

There was a known problem with that.

Suggest posting a sample file of just the wall and roof for us to look at.
