"Save As" dialog box instead of "Open"

I have an ABS2006 user that is getting the "Save As" dialog box when using the Open command. Anyone else run into this? So far the only way to "fix" it is to restart ABS.

I haven't seen that before myself ... is it possible that the user has gone in a modified the CUI file accidentally? Are they using the original profile on first open and then changing to a new profile later? Have they removed the profile information from the shortcut link? That would seem to me like the only reason that a command would change like that.
