Hi
As far as I know ( which means nothing ) the Acad.pgp file is still in use with AutoCAD 2006 therefore are you modifying this file or attempting to do it via the CUI ?
Have a good one, Mike
Can't find a pgp anywhere... I think it is gone, or hidden? I have not used 2006 anywhere except my new job. I have not had a reason to do any costomisation as a AE. In my past life I would have killed smeone fro messing with my pgp or mnu files.
Scratch that just found it in a weird folder... C:Program FilesAutodeskAcadm 2007UserDataCacheSupportOriginally Posted by awarren
I am also running Mechanical too on this computer, that may be what through me...

There is no reason, that I know of, that a single letter cannot be used as an alias...
Hi Andy
Please note I have *moved* this thread from the AutoCAD 2006 CUI Menus forum to this one...
Why? - This is not a CUI issue / problem.
Thanks, Mike

Sometimes the customization files get burried in the
C:\Documents and Settings\rhall\Application Data\Autodesk\Autodesk Mechanical Desktop 2006\R16.2\enu\support
folder-r-r-r-r-ssssss.
Drives me nuts!
Not a CUI issue? That is what I want is to do this in CUI? Not questioning your authority, just wandering?Originally Posted by Mike.Perry

As I originally stated above, quick keys that map to AutoCAD commands are controlled via the Acad.pgp file, therefore the CUI has nothing to do with this process ( as far as I know ).

FYI: One of my favorite ways of finding the pgp file is by typing this into the command line.
(findfile "acad.pgp")
