Light Fixtures

I'm looking for a light fixture tutorial that explains the inner workings of a fixture and can't find one. Revit 8.1 has all these family tutorials and even says you will learn how to create a light fixture but it's not there. Can someone point me in the right direction?

That's the problem. "creating a light fixture family" isn't under creating families. I've done a search and it doesn't come up.

No I don't have the latest. I'm always scared to download stuff that didn't come directly with the CD. Would the Revit web site have there?

Can someone at least tell me how I would change the focal lenght of a light. I need a spot light that is very focused and puts out a very narrow beam.

thats not in the tutorial and I'm not sure how you can do it. My guess is you would make a lens in the proper shape to focus the light source throug a hole.
