Default Editing spot elevations to move objects they dimension

I would like to be able to edit a spot elevation on an item to change that item's actual elevation.

I had been able to do this for one item, but I am unsure how I was able to get into the spot elevations text to edit it. (thought I had double clicked, but that does not seem to work now...)

This is handy to change an elevation of an item by a user created spot elevation, which can be the best handle for some objects, better than that objects insertion point...for example, a sloped roof where ridge may be a better handle than the eave...

If you highlight the item that hosts the dimension, it will allow you to change the elevation. (similar to othere types of dimensions.
